DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. IS IT SHIPPED INTERNATIONAL? HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

Yes, we ship to 81 countries, including Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Shipping is included in the price.

 

2. WHERE IS IT SHIPPED?

We ship from our factory in Ecuador. We use the most reliable carriers in the world, such as DHL and UPS

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 1 to 5 business days before shipping. Deliveries generally take 7-10 days! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 2 months. It depends on what you bought / where you live

 

4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?  

While some packages may arrive early, others may experience shipping delays. If it doesn't arrive earlier than 7 weeks after ordering, we can help you re-ship your order or refund guaranteed. :)

 

5. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOMS FEES?

We will take care of all the customs fees for you. The product will be delivered to the house  or business without additional charges.

SHIPPING

 

It usually takes 5-14 days for your products to arrive. If it has been more than 30 days and you have not received the ordered products, please email us at payments@renaciente.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled via email if necessary.  

 

Returns

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. - Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. - We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.  

 

Refunds (if applicable)  

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.  

 

Overdue refunds​​ or missing (if applicable)

 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@renaciente.com

 

Promotional items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.  

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@renaciente.com

 

We will process your refund or ship the second item within 48 business hours of receiving and inspecting your package

 

Shipping To return your product

 

You must mail it to: payments@renaciente.com You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
